As Corporate Strategy associate, you will be working with ODILO C-level in Governance and other key strategic projects. You will be the person leading various strategic projects, such as the definition and implementation of company-wide Governance model. This includes working with Directors of other areas to identify and follow up key results and conduct relevant analysis to identify drivers and scalable learnings.
As Corporate Strategy associate you need to have strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. You need to be results driven and be comfortable in a high paced environment. You need to be flexible and enjoy leading new and challenging projects.

What you will do at ODILO:
Lead various workflows within our Governance model
Work with various Directors to identify and follow up department’s key results
Perform in depth analysis to properly diagnose issues, identify problems, test solutions and extract scalable learnings
Report different departments results vs. forecast and engage in discussions with C-level
Plan and execute strategic projects, including those scalable learnings identified
Support the Sales teams with relevant market analysis and engage in strategic discussion to define quarterly market unit niche strategy
Lead our support M&A opportunities that might arise: identification of opportunities, due diligence, identification of synergies, valuation analysis, integration…
The ideal candidate will bring:
Has at least +3 years as strategy consultant/analyst in top tier firms or Corporate strategy department
Strong analytical skills and problem solving
Excellent project management skills to plan and lead own projects
Advanced excel skills, including creating business models and scenario analysis
Is fluent in Spanish and English - full professional proficiency (a working language with international clients and internally with colleagues).
Works cross-functionally and in collaboration with other teams. Great team player.
Has excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Can work independently under pressure and with deadlines
Is passionate about learning.
Is eager to grow professionally in a challenging and high paced environment
