We are seeking a highly talented, self-motivated and analytically minded Pre-Sales
Specialist who will design and deliver customized demo scenarios for potential and
existing customers at Odilo.
Reporting to the Pre-Sales Manager, you will be working in close alignment and with a high
level of interlocution with our product, marketplace, technology, operation and sales
departments.
You will help to study the business opportunities, carrying out the complete project
monitoring cycle and developing our brand across multiple channels and scenarios.

What you will do at ODILO:
- Responsible for the full presales cycle of the Odilo Services. This includes working
on product demos, presentation, RFPs answers, Proofs of concept, Offer
preparation, Solution designs, configuration and documentation to be proposed
etc.
- Maintain and improve technical customer relationship, collecting technical
requirements in projects and daily works, working closely with Account Managers
(sales) and other team members.
- To analyze the prospect requests, related to product customization, evaluating if
they are possible or not and collaborating in finding and building the best solution
for every scenario.
- Liaison with Product Managers and Development to understand details of vision,
roadmap and product design and communicate information back to the sales
organization.
- Manage market research, learning the competitive positioning of Odilo in the
market, leverage your unique value proposition during the sales cycle, creating and
evaluating new potential opportunities, understanding requirements and preparing
presentations. Responsible for staying current on competitive analyses and
understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
-Always identifying cleverly, the business opportunities emerged during the
conversations with prospects.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Excellent knowledge and 3 years of experience in a Presales role. You are used to
run technical software presales cycles in front of the customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, well-organized, strong analysis
and problem-solving capabilities. You are able to adapt to new processes and
procedures quickly while dealing with various technical support requests. You are
also able to work towards clear deadlines.
-Broad experience in Proposal and tender/RFPs writing experience.
- Ready to assume and own the responsibility of doing the required POCs and RFP
answers.
- Good commercial acumen.
- Ability to explain and present technical solutions.
- Creative, problem solver, team player mindset.
- High level of accountability in a high growth environment.
- Innovative thinker, self-starter, fast-learner
- Excellent Spanish and English level to do technical demos.
- Business oriented and used to work by results, assuming the committed delivery
dates and the KPIs agreed with the customer.
What would make us happy:
- Background as a consultant for Education institutions or Learning Departments
within Corporations with wide expertise in client requests.
-Experience in implementation and parameterization of technical software
solutions.
- Experience working with e-learning platforms (LMS, LXP, …) and integrations.
Background with HCMs software (Workday, Success Factors, Oracle, Cornerstone...)
or other learning solutions will be highly valued.
- Proven experience in middleware integration solutions (B2B and User auth),
middleware software products (LDAP, AD, SSO) and security technologies.
- Fluent in Portuguese
