Strategic Sales Manager (Education, Universities) - Singapore
You will play a key role in the development of our new educational business area (Private Universities) in the region.

As a Strategic Sales Manager Education in Singapore, you will play a key role in the development of our new educational business area in the region. Your responsibility will be to identify and get new business, closing sales opportunities in key accounts, working with private Universities. You will have clear, strategic and ambitious sales objectives, and you will work reporting directly to our VP Global Sales Education.

What you will do at ODILO:
- Identify local Key Accounts in Education (Private Universities).
- Contribution to the strategic sales plan for the assigned territory.
- Meet and exceed the sales quotas that are assigned to you.
- Sell directly to open new businesses and upsell existing accounts.
- Plan and monitor every deal assigned, applying the criteria for the market segment appropriately and defining the strategy to follow in each case.
- Daily use of CRM to keep track of deal progression and monitor performance.
- Support the Marketing Plan and events in your region.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- +5 years of experience in sales, including 3+ selling educational technology to private universities (technology + content).
- Experience selling to private Institutional decision makers
- Accustomed to meeting and exceeding new sales quotas.
- Excellence in consultative sales, communication, and presentation skills.
- Plan and monitor every deal assigned, applying the criteria for the market segment appropriately and defining the strategy to follow in each case.
- Hunter mentality and focused on gaining new business. Organized and prepared. Able to work with clear deadlines and ambitious goals.
- Experience using the CRM daily to keep track of deal progression and monitor performance.
- Able to work remotely and travel occasionally if needed.
- Native English or Business/Professional speaker (full fluency both oral and written language skills)
- Passion for reading and learning.

- Knowledge of digital learning and university management tools, teaching and learning methodologies, and educational legislation.
- Native Bahasa Melayu or Business/Professional speaker (full fluency both oral and written language skills) will be a plus.
