As a Head of Presales you will build, scale and mentor a high-performing presales team, working closely with leaders across the business to define best-in-class processes and ensure world-class execution in every deal we pursue.

What you will do at ODILO:
- Own and lead the global presales function, setting vision processes and KPIs to ensure excellent performance and scalability.
- Manage, coach and grow a multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored and winning responses in RFPs, bids, and tenders.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Legal and Finance to craft value-based narratives and technical-commercial proposals that address customer pain points and differentiate ODILO in the market.
- Lead the design and execution of pricing strategies, in collaboration with
- Finance and Leadership, to maximize profitability and competitiveness.
- Be a key contributor in high-stakes negotiations, helping align customer expectations with ODILO’s value and operational capacity.
- Create and continuously improve scalable Sales Operations methodologies, documentation, tools, and templates.
- Establish feedback loops with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to align customer insights with our roadmap and positioning.
- Maintain a high-level understanding of ODILO’s technology and services to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Stay on top of trends in digital learning, edtech, SaaS and procurement best practices across our target markets.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 8+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or bid management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams and complex deals.
- Proven track record of winning large, complex deals in international enterprise and/or public sector environments.
- Strong business and commercial acumen, with the ability to craft compelling value propositions and navigate executive-level conversations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to lead multiple high-stakes initiatives in parallel with high precision and attention to detail.
- High empathy and communication skills to align and motivate cross-functional teams under pressure.
- Solid understanding of software sales cycles and SaaS business models; ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
- Proficiency in pricing strategy and financial modeling.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages (e.g., Portuguese) are a plus.
- Based in Madrid, as the position follows a hybrid model with regular in-office collaboration (at least 2 days of working office hours).

- Experience working in government procurement or heavily regulated sectors.
- Familiarity with contracting, legal and compliance aspects of complex deals.
