As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities for the Spain market sales team. You will join the challenge of creating customized learning solutions that help large companies offer unlimited learning possibilities to their employees and other stakeholders.

What you will do at ODILO:
- Research on the market to identify trends and qualify new commercial opportunities.
- Identify key decision-makers and coordinate meetings with them.
- Generate business opportunities through different channels: cold calling, email, social media (being an active listener).
- Manage and maintain crucial data in our CRM ensuring seamless continuity and follow-ups.
- Further develop and optimize sales scripts.
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to optimize demand generation campaigns.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Preferably 3 years' experience in similar positions and in the learning sector, software or consulting companies
- Innovative thinker, self-starter with a positive attitude always looking for solutions to day-to-day situations, without waiting for the answer
- Strong proficiency in both phone, mail and social-based communication (LinkedIn) with C-level stakeholders.
- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish, English is a plus
- Experience with CRM platforms and databases
- Keen interest in analytics, data integration technologies, and a problem-solving mindset
- Highly organized individual with strong prioritization skills and a results-oriented approach to work
- Know how to work and be resolute with objection handling
