Our team is truly international (19+ nationalities), and we are looking for a Data Analyst Specialist / BI Engineer who can elevate our data capabilities end-to-end.
This role is perfect for someone who not only analyzes data, but also builds the entire data process: identifying sources, designing ETLs, ensuring data quality, and delivering dashboards that the business can trust.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full data lifecycle for reporting needs: from understanding the metric to delivering a reliable dashboard.
- Identify and analyze data sources across multiple systems (internal and external).
- Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, clean, transform, validate, and load data.
- Implement error controls, logging, monitoring, and automation of data processes.
- Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain advanced BI dashboards and analytical models.
- Write efficient and scalable SQL and Python code for data processing and automation.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to define KPIs and ensure consistency across the organization.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all workflows.
- Support strategic initiatives by delivering data-driven recommendations and analyses.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Engineer, or similar role.
- Advanced skills in SQL and Python for analytics and automation.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, Looker).
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines in AWS and/or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of data infrastructure as code is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
What would make us happy:
- You thrive working closely with both technical and business teams.
- You turn data into powerful stories that influence decisions.
- You proactively identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- You help set analytics standards and best practices within your team.
- You bring curiosity, creativity, and a continuous learning mindset to every project.
