We are looking for a Data Analyst - BI Engineer to join our team and take our data-driven decision-making to the next level. This role will report directly to our Chief Client Officer, supporting the design and implementation of our business intelligence dashboards and ensuring data is transformed into actionable insights. You will play a key part in building scalable analytics, designing impactful dashboards, and guaranteeing the quality and accessibility of our data.

What you will do at ODILO:
Collect, transform, and analyze large datasets to generate clear and actionable insights.
Design and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using BI tools.
Build, optimize, and document ETL/ELT processes in AWS and Google Cloud environments.
Write efficient and scalable code in SQL/Python.
Collaborate with business and product teams to define KPIs and ensure analytical consistency.
Guarantee data integrity, accessibility, and governance across projects.
Support strategic initiatives by providing analysis that drives business impact.
Requirements:
Solid experience (4+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
Advanced skills in SQL and Python for analytics and automation.
Proven expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Quicksigh, Looker).
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines in AWS and/or Google Cloud.
Practical knowledge for data infrastructure as code.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Based in Madrid or nearby, as the position follows a semi-remote model with regular in-office collaboration.
